Type: Dry White Wine.

Varietal Composition: Aidani 40%, Athiri 30%, Assyrtiko 30%
Vinification: Typical, white wine vinificationĀ  techniques, whole clusters pressing, vinified instainless steel tanks, under controlled temperature. Each variety is vivified separately. The blend takes place after the end of the fermentation. It stayed on the lees for 4 months.
Colour: Gold, hints of green
Nose: Minerality, flowers, citrus, peach, bread,complex
Ageing potential: 3 years.
Food matching: Seafood, white meat and creamy sauces, all-day wine, best at 10 -11Ā° C.
