Vinification: This red wine is produced exclusively from a single 1.5 acre vineyard situated in the Karaoutsa area of Nea Strantza in the heart of Naoussa wine-growing region. The vineyard lies at an altitude of 200 metres on sandy loam soil which is most suitable for bringing out all the aroma of the Xinomavro variety. The wine is aged for one year in French oak barrels and for at least one additional year in the bottle, thus ensuring the full development of its rich bouquet.
