Vinification: Produced from selected vineyards of the Ramnista area, in the heart of the Naoussa appellation zone by the viticulturist Nikos Foundis, hand-picked and cultivated solely with Xinomavro grape varietal, an exquisite variety of Central Macedonia. It’s rich tannins are well-rounded by aging in French oak barrels for one year, imparting to the palate a slight hint of wood, which adds to the natural noble bouquet of Xinomavro. A typical ‘vin de garde’, full of local character.
