Vinification: This variety is indigenous to the region of Siatista, Kozani. The vineyard lies at an altitude of approximately 850 metres above sea level on limestone over clay, planted in 1998. Harvest time is late September for this variety with yields of approximately 1.5 kg per vine. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with no oak influence.
