Vinification: Cabernet Sauvignon has been fermented in small Inox tanks; Xinomavro and Limniona in big barrels (5hl). 9 months aging on fine lees before blending and bottling.

Food matching: Perfectly served with grilled meats, cold cuts and cheese. Its unique structure makes it also good with spicy sauces.

The nose is intensively fruit-driven with aromas of fresh berries and tomato leaves. On the palate it is well balanced, while Xinomavro gives freshness and intensity and shows good vibrancy on the finish.
